All orders ship via U.S. carriers with an estimated 3–5 business day delivery window.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—worldwide! International transit averages 7-14 business days. Customs fees or VAT (where applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I edit or cancel my order after checkout?
Because our products are made to order, production begins quickly. If you need to make a change, please email luminousintentions1111@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order—we’ll do our best to help.
For custom or personalized orders, please double-check all details before submitting. Custom and personalized items are final sale once your proof is approved unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What makes Luminous Intentions candles different?
Each Luminous Intentions candle is crafted with purpose using a 100% natural soy wax blend and a 100% cotton wick. It’s clean-burning, phthalate-free, eco-friendly, and non-toxic.
But these aren’t just candles—they’re energetic tools designed to support your focus, clarity, and manifestation practice.
Every candle includes a complimentary Standard Ritual script (8–12 minutes) to guide your intention-setting, with the option to add expanded scripts or matching journals for deeper reflection.

Are your ingredients vegan and cruelty-free?
This scented candle is vegan, completely natural, and non-toxic. It contains no lead, plastics, parabens, synthetic dyes, or phthalates.
Using & Caring for Your Candle
How do I set an intention with my candle?
Each Luminous Intentions candle comes with a Standard Ritual script (8–12 minutes) to gently guide you through the intention-setting process. Simply light your candle, take a few deep breaths, and follow the steps in your script.
The ritual includes grounding prompts, a moment to name your intention, and mindful reflection as the candle burns—helping you focus your energy and bring your desire into alignment.

My candle tunneled—help!
If a rim of wax remains after burning, try the foil trick: wrap a strip of aluminum foil around the top edge of the jar, leaving an opening at the center. Burn the candle for at least one full hour—the trapped heat will help even out the surface.
To prevent tunneling in the future, always allow your candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges on the first light (about 2–3 hours). Also, trim the wick before each use to reduce soot and keep the flame steady.
After the Burn: Repurposing Jars
What should I do with an empty candle jar?
Our amber glass is too beautiful to toss! Once the wax is ½ in (1 cm) from the bottom, extinguish, cool, and clean with warm soapy water.
Then try:
✧ Tea-Light Lantern - Pop in a soy tea light and enjoy an endless glow.
✧ Crystal Keeper - Store tumbled stones or intention charms.
✧ Mini Planter - Add pebbles + a tiny succulent for a windowsill vibe.
✧ Reed Diffuser - Fill with carrier oil + essential oils, insert reeds.
✧ Gratitude Notes Jar - Collect daily affirmations or wins to reread on New Year’s Eve.
✧ Desk Organizer - Corral pens, paintbrushes, or makeup brushes.
What’s are other ways to get the last bit of wax out?
Try one of these quick, no-mess methods:
Freeze & Pop - Place the cooled jar in the freezer for 1–2 hours. The wax contracts and lifts away from the glass—just turn the jar upside-down and the puck should slide out.
Hot-Water Lift - Fill the jar with very hot (near-boiling) water, leaving ½ in / 1 cm at the top. Wax floats to the surface as it melts; let cool, scoop off the wax disk, then pour out the water and wash.
Double-Boiler Melt - Set the jar in a pan of gently simmering water for 2–3 minutes until the wax softens. Pour it into a lined trash or silicone mold (never down the drain) and wipe the glass clean with a paper towel.
Hair-Dryer Warm-Up - Aim a hair dryer at the jar’s exterior on high heat for 30–60 seconds to soften wax, then wipe away with a cloth. Perfect for small remnants on labels.
Tip: Always discard melted wax in the trash or repurpose it for fire-starters—never pour it into sinks where it can clog pipes.

How does personalization work?
1. Enter Your Message – Type your exact wording (max 30 characters) in the “Order special instructions” box on the Cart page.
2. Approve Your Proof – Our design team emails a digital preview within 24 hours. Review and reply “Approved” (or request edits).
3. Made-to-Order Crafting – Once approved, your bespoke piece is poured/printed and ships within 3–5 business days.
Returns, Replacements & Safety
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Snap a quick photo of the shipping box + candle and email us at luminousintentions1111@gmail.com within 48 hours. We’ll rush a replacement or refund—your choice.
What is your return policy?
Unused candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the energetic nature of our products, burned candles and digital scripts are final sale.
Custom and personalized items are final sale once your proof is approved unlessthey arrive damaged or defective.
Can I return a custom or personalized candle?
Because custom pieces are poured just for you—often bearing specific names, dates, or scent blends—they can’t be resold. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there’s any workmanship issue, send photos within 48 hours and we’ll happily remake or refund.
What is your return policy for non-custom items?
Unused, non-custom candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Burned candles and all digital scripts are final sale.
Is it safe to leave a candle unattended?
No—never leave a burning candle alone. Keep away from drafts, pets, and children, and place on a heat-safe surface. Extinguish when ½ in (1 cm) of wax remains.
