At Luminous Intentions, each item is created with care to support your rituals, reflections, and sacred space. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item as needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized/custom candles or kits

  • Digital downloads and ritual scripts

  • Used candles or opened items
