  • Enter Your Message – Type your exact wording (max 30 characters) in the "Order special instructions" box on your CART PAGE.
  • Approve Your Proof – We’ll email a digital preview within 24 hours.
  • Made-to-Order Crafting – Once approved, your bespoke journal or candle is produced and ships within 3–5 business days.

Please Note: Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there’s any workmanship issue, send photos within 48 hours and we’ll happily remake or refund.
